Unlike last year, this year I’m actually getting the shots from the Grand Meetup posted shortly after the meetup; I even edited most of these at the meetup itself, but then I had to wait for my film to come back from the lab. This year I took my 70D with a 30mm lens, and […]

While we were living in London last year, a relative mentioned to me that a modern steam locomotive had been built in the UK and was running on the main lines sometimes. I looked it up, and found out about the amazing LNER Peppercorn Class A1 60163 Tornado, including the fact that it was scheduled […]

The same day as the vist to the MTC building, I got to visit the new MOMA wing finally. The same great weather made this a lovely experience too, plus some really nice exhibits that were on display.

Last Christmas I had the opportunity to take a tour of the new Bay Area MTC building shortly after it opened. In addition to being a lovely refurbishment of an old building, there were some great views of the Bay Bridge on a lovely San Francisco day.

After I was done enjoying it, I went back around to try and capture some of the feel of it. All shots from my iPhone, processed with Darkroom or RNI Films. (fun sidebar: there’s also […]

Spent Saturday having a nice walk from Waterloo around Lambeth and back up the river, followed by drinks and dinner in Shoreditch. All taken with my iPhone.
